Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.
I know this is a no-duh for 90% of people reading it but for the sake of the rest lets revise what we all should know about online phishig. And before you go all:

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

Eurovision nightGot myself some ice cream and will be making myself compfy on the sofa so I'm ready for the big, glittery, horrible music, camp, pointless politics, drama that is eurovision. It never disappoints me.

What I personally find the hardest to draw is feet and hands. I found that with a lot of practice and a lot of frustrating mistakes my feet and hands actually look at the very least almost the way i want them to be.
Now my favorite Style of drawing is Anime or sometimes semi-realism, and i find that by doing studies of the more traditional style realism actually helps improve my anime pictures greatly. For instance i would practice drawing my hands and feet in different positions holding different things and from different angles. I also find it extremely helpful while i'm drawing and i'm having a particularly hard time drawing a hand or a foot in a certain position i will stop for a

Lurking mode activated

Over the last week or so I've become less and less active on dA. It's not that I don't want to be here right now, it's simply the fact that my school commitments have to take priority. I'm in the final few months of my final university year which makes this time of year a tad stressful.

The last 10 days have been filled with writing my massive project report which works out to be worth something like 1/4 of my degree. It's been slower progress than I'd like but it's now all printed and assembled and ended up being exactly 10,000 words long (like a baws). Not that there was any sort of word limit - we instead had an insane maximum page limit with my report ending up being just shy of half.

Now that the report is done I'm about to launch into revision mode. It's 2 weeks until my first exam and I'm nowhere near prepared. To top it all off I have a 3k word essay to also write, though it's really my fault that is unstarted and could have been finished a couple of months ago.

So lets just say that it's unlikely I will be around much until part way through May. I'm still going to check into my dA account (probably more than I should) and keep up with community news but it's unlikely you'll see anything big from me in the near future. I'll look into updating the OCtopi project soon - it's sadly been a bit neglected but you can still enter if you wish.

Oh and something that made me smile today, check out the awesome Syn plushie that ~HyperCanaryFairy has made for me

Also take a look at a new series `Krissi001 has launched called Critique this. It's a great little concept for the community and it would be nice if it's well supported
