OCtopi
Around 2 and a half months ago I created an OCtopi avatar for myself and within a matter of days it started up a mini avatar craze. Over the course of a few weeks over 70 different deviants received custom OCtopi avatars and 10 weeks later it's awesome to see a larger number of them still in use.
At the time I set the condition that the base couldn't be edited and if you wanted a custom OCtopi avatar then you must commission one through myself. Though some people said it was a little unfair, the funds raised were all donated back to the community (I didn't keep a single point) so I didn't feel bad about setting the strict condition. I also created a free for use set that were available to use (but not edit) for anyone that couldn't afford the commission price or wasn't lucky enough to win one in the multiple contests held.
However, as the weeks go by I am finding less and less time to commit to the commissions and more and more people are asking if they can edit the base to make one themselves. These two points mixed with the fact as a community we doubled the target number of points needed for the super group status, I have come to the decision that the base can now be edited by any deviant.
I will still be taking commissions for those that a) would like one made by myself b) can't make one yourself, however if you wish to edit the coloured based feel free to do so. There are still some conditions though:
The base pack can be found here:
You are free to recolour/re-shade the bases if you wish and add any features you would like to the bases. I look forward to seeing what new versions people come up with

So… do you still do your OCtopi commissions for 80 points? (I know it sounds stupid, but I'd like to have one real Synfull-made OCtopi.)
I'm so glad you still do!
