My journal entries seem to be getting fewer and fewer as summer moves on, so i though i'd write a small update. My life has seemed quite busy recently though if you try and get it down on paper it doesn't seem like i've been up to much. My time has mainly been spent helping my mum with a range of tasks, as well as tackling a range of things off my personal to do list. Its been a shame that the weather has been rather naff recently, not that it has really stopped me doing anything.
I've also had a few fun events in the last few weeks to keep me occupied. I went to Duxford Imperial war museum at the weekend to go and look at loads of awesome air crafts. Its only in the last couple of years that i've started to take an interest in them, but it was awesome seeing a Lancaster Bomber up close and going inside a Concorde
I then went and saw the last Harry Potter film on sunday. Despite the fact i loved books 1-5 i've never managed to get around to reading 6 and 7 and until the film i still didn't know what was going to happen.(impressive that 4 years down the line no one had ruined the surprise for me). I feel it was a good film and a fair ending to the series. I'll definitely finish reading the series now (i'm half way through book 4 on my current attempt).
I'm then going off to Birmingham tomorrow night to go to a orchestral music festival on film music. One of my great musical passions is film music - it just tells so much of a story by itself, so hearing it live should be pretty intense. I've never really seen an orchestra preform live either, so that makes it even more exciting. From the list of films they will be playing it seems they may have some of my favourite music in there too. Anyone else share a passion for film music? Let me know as i'm always eager to hunt down more tracks
I guess there can't really be good news without any bad. So the bad news is my laptop is off for repairs tomorrow and will be back around 10 days later. I wont fully disappear as there are a number of alternate computers i can have access to, but i wont be around as much. I also have to investigate my ability to make emotes on other computers - not that i've been in much of an arty mood recently.
Anyways, i need to prepare my laptop to be picked up (signing out of everything, removing passwords etc) and then want to get back to reading, so thats all for now. Have a good week

Its funny how i could explain more of the story to my parents despite the fact they've read the books xD
