Emotication updates
A little over 3 years ago I started up a group known as #Emotication to bring together useful tutorials, resources and information about the emote community. Due to the nature of the group it doesn't require that much work on a daily or weekly basis, but over time the journals became outdated or overcrowded and a few months back I decided it was time to completely revamp the group.
This isn't an easy task. With over 250 tutorials/resources and upwards of 20 journals to revamp it would take a large number of hours to sift through the information and bring it up to date and arrange it in an easy to locate form. The process was started earlier this year and after a huge amount of effort over the past 2 days I've now finished the first stage of the revamp.
However, with the size of the community now being so large there are a number of gaps on the account I need help with filling. As it's a community resource I'm reaching out to the community to lend me a hand and improve the account for the benefit of current emoticonists and generations still to come. If you could look over the following things and lend a hand it would be appreciated
Groups
One of the new pages over at #Emotication is designed to help make emoticon groups easier to find. Whilst I have a list of groups from the ~dAemotes account, it is over a year out of date and doesn't list all the the groups currently active in the community.
If you could look over the Groups page and inform me of any that I have missed it would be useful. Also, if any of the groups listed on the page have shut down, please also let me know and I will take them down
Chatrooms
Currently the Chatroom page on the account lists only the #WeEmote chatroom but I know there are other emoticon related chatrooms in the community. I asked for information about them in a recent poll, so will also ask here. If you know of an emoticon related chatroom could you leave me the details and I'll add it to the group
Resources
Another new addition to the group is a collection of useful 'resources' for emoticonists. These are items which can be used with emoticons but aren't used in making emotes themselves. For example, stamp bases, pixel fonts, pixelled stock items (leaves, clouds) etc
I have made a start and you can find the collections linked via this journal. However, if you know of any other relevant pixel resources could you either link me to them, or suggest them as a favourite for the #Emotication group.
Note: As there is a large number of 'standard' stamp bases I am mainly looking for those which offer a different background/border which is relevant for emoticonists.
CSS
I'm looking for an artist to help design a new CSS for the account. I have a couple of ideas but I'm open for suggestions if you feel you can design something to suit the group. I would prefer to pay in points, though I can pay via paypal if necessary. In either case, the design can't be too pricey (I'm a poor student and all).
If you are interested, give me a note or leave a comment.
Other assistance
With such a large amount of changes in a small amount of time there is likely to be a number of errors on the account. These could include typos, broken links, incorrect images etc. If you could spend some time checking out the account and ensuring everything is working as expected it would be useful. If you do stumble across an error let me know and I'll attempt to fix it the best I can
Equally, some of the lists on the account haven't been updated in some time. If you know of something I have missed (current contest, news article series etc) could you leave the relevant links and I'll update the account.

I will though keep an eye on emote based groups - how many members and watchers should they have?
Aww..You noticed !!
