Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Bronies go nuts, and Nintendo Sucks?Equestria Girls
The trailer to "Equestria Girls" (the humanized MLP spinoff film) finally was released today. Aaaannnd everyone's freaking out. Again.
You know, it actually looks pretty decent. Bronies... please understand: I know you're a major unexpected demographic for the show. I know you enjoy seeing shout-out's become canon within the show, and appreciate how the creators do little things here and there for you. But... the show isn't made for you. This is not Cartoon Network and the target demographic isn't 25 year olds in college. You're a nice addition to the target demographic of little girls, but you are not the driving force behind MLP.
I don't want this to sound mean, but it needs to be said. This is where it becomes very important to understand the fine line between being a fan of the show and thinking that because you've invested so much energy into the show that you're entitled to things.
I'm sure the movie won't be as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It honest

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

Yes, this was an April fools. No, I'm not Spanish - I haven't even been to the country. Not a convincing fool I know, but I wanted to do something

The story behind the A Mysterious Spanish Gentleman name links back to the Emoticonist Secret Santa where I stepped into the project to replace someone who had dropped out. As I wanted my identity to remain a secret, the code name A mysterious Spanish Gentleman was used instead.

So over the past few months many of your may have noticed that I have the tagline 'A Mysterious Spanish Gentleman' and I thought it was about time I explained why this is so.

The truth is, I am Spanish. Well... that's a lie. In truth I was born in Spain but moved to England when I was about a year old. So whilst I was raised as English (hence the gentleman side) I was in fact born Spanish (hence the Spanish element of my name). Because of this I wanted to show my pride in my true nationality and the whole 'A Mysterious Spanish Gentleman' thing seemed and amusing but fitting tribute.

Now some of you may be saying 'But why are you a gentleman?'. Well the term 'A Mysterious Spanish Gentlewoman' or 'A Mysterious Spanish Lady' didn't have quite the same ring to it. Also, as my OC is male it seemed more fitting.

So in tribute to my heritage, Syn has added to his outfit in my avatar to become the Mysterious Spanish Gentleman he truly is.
