Suspended in Space

As some of my long time watchers may recall, alot of my early designs were created in my Year 10 English class. Now, two years later i have found another class in which art is far more enjoyable, interesting and appealing than the work set. I had my first AS physics lesson today and i can tell i am going to fail miserably in it. You may ask ' why take it?' to which i respond, its not my choice. You try persuading my Dad.

Anyways, on to the description. I first got the idea for this one by scribbling the small section on an online drawing site, while watching my friend draw. I kinda liked it, so decided to envolve it in a full design. Fast forward to today and i was sitting in physics absolutely bored out of my brains, and not understanding a word the teacher was saying, so i decided doodling would be a more constructive use of my time. I just about managed to finish the sketch before the teacher started asking questions, to which i had no clue, so decided i better finish it later.

Once i got home i tweaked a few things and drew it properly. Its been kinda a life saver as i've had a bad day, arguement with parents and it gave me somethig to help take my mind off stuff.

As a side note, i count this as my 30th full design (excluding flowers and cross). I've come quite far from a simple doodle in a class a year ago, and even though at times i hate my art skills, in truth i am thankful for them at times.
