'lo and behold, the emote shelter project. The emote shelter is a place where all emoticons ready for adoption can be displayed. It also serves as a 'holiday home' for those owners that need some time away from the time consuming emotes

To enter, take an empty cage and fill it with an emote and their surroundings. Then submit the entry and it will be added to the shelter.

There are a few rules:

- Entries must be static
- Entries must be submitted with a transparent background
- You can enter as many times as you like
- Please use the cage size provided. It can be altered, but details are on the cage deviation here
- Cages may have transparent or coloured walls. Decorate it however you like
- You can make a poster for the top or bottom section is you like
- When submitting an entry let me know the name of the emote(s) if they are is up for adoption or just on vacation care
- Please save as a .png as my program dislikes transparent .gifs
- Any more questions? Let me know

Note: If the emotes are up for adoption it means they could be adopted by someone else. If the emotes are only on 'vacation care' it means they are NOT up for adoption from the shelter, just here for display and participation in the project
